How I Can Help You
No one wants to be over-weight, in pain, have low energy, and no confidence.
But every time we make an attempt at living healthier it ends up crashing and burning.
Doubt creeps in that we are even capable of living a healthy, active lifestyle from all our failed attempts.
The thought of “starting over” becomes more exhausting.
Who has time to learn all these complicated exercises, workout for countless hours, and figure out all these diets?
The answer is… we don’t.
The solution is… SIMPLE FITNESS HABITS.
My wife and I have focused on mastering habits that can work in all of life’s craziness.
The beautiful thing is once something is a habit, it is effortless.
My passion is helping busy people crack the code and see that by creating the right habits they can live a healthy, active lifestyle.
Without it adding more stress and frustration to life.
You see, the whole fitness industry is focused on motivation. All these extreme commercials of people “crushing it” in their workouts and the endless shelf of diet books that motivate you by letting you know about the “one big secret” that is the single missing reason for all your pain and frustration.
MOTIVATION ISN’T ENOUGH. You need habits.
I’m talking about repeatable, reliable, consistent ways of living a lifestyle that helps you lose weight, gain muscle and change your body. I emphasize this because I developed my own habits, then spent years with clients and gym members tweaking and perfecting them.
Habits are what allow you to go from the high motivation—>quit—>try again approach, to being able to stick with a healthy, active lifestyle year round for life.
These aren’t crazy habits that are impossible to live with either.
The 3 most important fitness habits you need to live confident in a body you love:
Keep it simple. Don’t get overwhelmed with all the fancy exercises and different approaches you see in all the Instagram and Youtube videos. There are a million different types of workouts you can do, but you strip it down to the basics, and all you need to build a stress-free, fit body and life are these 3:
- Dedicate 30-60 minutes a day to moving. Ideally, this is a smart balance of weight training, active recovery, intervals, and fun stuff. Even if its just a daily walk, make sure you are consistently active and you are doing great!
- Develop healthy eating habits. These extreme dieting approaches never work long-term. Developing healthy eating habits that you can do consistently is what will help you lose weight and keep it off for good.
- Sleep 7 Hours a night. Sleep is vital and the chance to recharge and balance all the stress from our busy lives. Commit to consistently getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night and you will be amazed at the improvement in your body, mood, and energy.
If you build these three habits, you have the foundation of fitness that can help you achieve your dream body, and more importantly: confidence.
